DONATIONS
Donations are used to buy food, vaccinations, medicine, pay vet bills and provide loving care for our dogs. Our current bank balance is about $4,500.00. Even a $5.00 or $10.00 donation helps us meet our weekly food bills. $35.00 buys one bag of dog food. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. On-line donations are made through PayPal and are completely secure. We are also a 501(c)(3) organization so all donations are tax deductible. For more information about the use of donations, please click Donate or on the menu tab above.

OUR DOGS
Our full time residents currently are Dutchess, Bailey, Toto, Spots, Matt, Bentley, Josephine and our brothers and sister, Ben, Jerry and Stella. For more information about our dogs, click Our Dogs or on the menu tab above.

OUR GREEN FACILITY
Our facility has an in-home atmosphere because it is in our President's home. Our dogs get to take advantage of our open rescue policy. As long as a chaperone is on the grounds, our dogs run free in our fully air conditioned and heated facility. They also have doggy door access to play on our 2 acre fully fenced playground. During the hot summer months, there is a pool for all to enjoy. We are green and have a 74' high, 15K windmill to reduce our electric bill. For more information and pictures about our facility, click Facility or on the menu tab above.

CURRENTLY
Currently, we share our facility with Furrst and Furrmost Pooch Palace, an open dog boarding facility. Please see Furrst and Furrmost Pooch Palace (FFPP). The boarding fees earned by FFPP currently pay for almost all of our facility, utility and maintenance costs. Until our donations and/or monthly earnings replace FFPP's boarding income, we cannot take in any new rescues.

CONCEPT
Furrst and Furrmost Rescue Palace is the dog rescue of the future. While most animal rescues cage and separate their animals, we specialize in dogs that are able to function in an open rescue evnironment. We only crate or pen our dogs when they are not chaperoned by a human or at meal time. We do not try to adopt out our dogs. Instead we rescue them for life. We provide each and every dog we save with a life they deserve for their entire life. For more information about our concept, click Concept or on the menu tab above.

GOALS
Our long-term goal is to provide a permanent home for 25 rescues. To do this, we need to replace the boarding income generated by FFPP with donations and/or monthly income. For more information on how we plan to achieve our goals, click Goals or on the menu tab above.

501(c)(3) Documentation
All donations are fully tax deductible. Click IRS 501(c)(3) to see it. We used to be Stray Animal Emergency Fund. We have officially changed our name to Furrst and Furrmost Rescue Palace. Click Name Change to view it.
